Sign Up or Manage Your Volunteer Shifts
View and Manage Your Shifts on VSP

Returning parents/guardians already have accounts on the VSP website.

If you do not know your username and/or password, please click "Forgot" on the login page. The information will be emailed to you immediately.

If you do not have an account, please sign up now. Select all types of jobs you'd be interested in to make those jobs available to you in the system. This will take a little bit of time to process.

To Sign Up for a shift:

After signing in to the VSP website, look for the link for "2023-24 Raider Cafe, Raider Library, Teacher Workroom, and Raider Shop" shifts.

If you want to take a monthly shift, sign up only for the first occurrence of that shift. The volunteer coordinator will add the other monthly shifts, and you will receive an email confirmation when that is completed.

If a certain type of shift is not showing as available for you to sign up, go to your profile and add that type to your "My jobs" list under the "Jobs & Scheduling" section. This will take a little bit of time to process.

To View Existing Shifts:

After signing in to the VSP website, click on "My Schedule".

To request a sub:

After signing in to the VSP website, click on "My Schedule".

Click on "request sub" next to the shift for which you need a sub.

If someone accepts your sub request, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email, your request is still pending and you need to continue trying to find a sub.

To view lists of other volunteers you could contact to swap shifts, click on the "Rosters" tab. (Hint, if your shift is on a Thursday, try emailing volunteers on other Thursdays to trade with you).
